Ok...one issue hopefully taken care of but probably won't know for sure till the next flight. Trying to find a spring that has a higher load rate from a local vendor is harder than I thought. The only thing I was able to find from a local hardware store was an equal rated spring but a bit bigger where I can combine the two to create one higher rated spring. The org. spring simply was inserted inside a new slightly larger spring to become as one. The result is actually very good, I can tell right away the heli is no longer sagging as it is sitting but like I said I probably won't know for sure till I test fly it again as adding a spinning rotor and other forces may cause a different reaction to the heli than it is just sitting.....we'll see. If you look closely, you can see the org. spring inside the other one.

.....next step, after pulling the mech. out to replace the mainshaft I will add a brace/bracket as mentioned to help support the mech./fuse a little better hopefully eliminate any vibrations. Here is pic. I found from another forum, of cause the location shown in the photo where the bracket is mounted will be different than mine but the idea is the same. I just have to find a suitable area.

Hi Dr Evil. I really like your Airwoft and plane to built one later. I like the fuse but not very much on the retract, it's not like the real one. so I do some research and found this one, you may like it. I do not know how to post pics so here is the link. I think it'll make your Airwoft look a lot better www.eurokitshop.it/product.php?id_product=702

Hey Dr. E, that air wolf looks nice but dont think you gotten it set up correctly. It shouldnt shake so much before take off but than again, you said this is your first build so there is a lot to learn for you still.

Agreed, I have alot to learn still but don't think the vibration issue was my doing as the 600 flew fine before I stuffed it into the fuse.
