Ok a few other things to check when assembling. The horizontal stabilizer does not tighten fully. Also the screws provided to attached the boom supports to the horizontal stabilizer mount are to long and will damage your CF boom. The aluminum mounts that come with the 600 are a much nicer piece and should be used when building this kit. Looks like I will be calling cliff tomorrow and ask him to address the horizontal stabilizer mount, now damaged CF boom, the CF Gyro mount thats to big thickness wise and to short width wise and the lack of a head stopper.

Well, I dry fit all the frame parts, and everything fit perfectly. The Gyro tray in the rear, fit nice and tight, no modifications, there is just a very small gap, about .030". I am going to take it back out and put a little 5min epoxy on the piece, let it dry, file it flat and it will fit tight. The only other complaint so far, is, I broke the lower canopy clip trying to get it to snap on. It acts like the additional thickness of the frame CF is holding it back. I am going to throw away the lower canopy clip and use a set of 4 Quick UK Thumb Screw Canopy mounts that I have in stock. I will post pics once the mod is done. It will have a 4 point mount like a T-Rex 700 canopy.

She has the INSIDE connection... I would like to know how it compares to other FBL units. If it is as good or better then say a Beastx then I will be changing out all of my other FBL units for this one. the BW looks a lot like the Robird G31. I have seen the PC programming software for the G31 and it looks like it would be easy to set up. It looks like the FBL controller market is getting exciting.

yes, from what i understand the BW gyro is developed by phoenix tech using the Robird set up, but RCA put their own touches to it in regards to programming and some performance additives. I called RCA about this and was told there will also be a feature for multi blade rotor heads built into the software.

no information has been released following the canopy. The canopies will be coming from a defferent factory than the last and this factory does top notch stuff you see today with other models.

Now if I could have someone confirm that it is S.Bus compatible, I am sold. I see that the Robird is using the SR1 adapter, so I think that there might be a possibility the BW could use the same adapter, However it would be really nice if you could plug it strait into the BW without using any adapter.

I cant wait to see the new canopies. My replacement parts are in the works so Im happy Just wish I knew more about the BW FBL unit so I could make up my mind. So many options out there right now. Guess I could start wrapping all my wires and get everything soldered up.
