AS350 White Gelcoat Fiberglass Helicopter Fuselage (450-Size) This is the one I am waiting for but it is not in stock... I saw that RCA has a German dealer too, which is great since I live in the Netherlands, so quickly checked, the fuse that goes for USD 80,- in the States, will cost me USD 150,- at the German dealer... Guess I will have to look for alternatives...

qmaverick...I am sure that the shipping from RCA in the States would not be too much...send Cliff a message and see what he can do, he is more than helpfull. He will let you know when it will be back in stock. They have a lot more stock, often in other colours and styles that are not always on their website. He has so much variety of stock, I dont think they have the time to keep the site updated with everything.

A triple rotor head...nice! It'll make the fuse certainly look more scale. Bob is correct, won't hurt to contact RCA for your needs...you just might end up with what you want but just not seeing it on their site.
BTW, I gotta ask since I don't know much about fuse and all that goes with it as in multi rotor heads. I notice there isn't any multi rotor heads with flybars. I am sure the reason is that you don't need one but does that also mean you need to run a FBL gyro (3 axis)?

I'll start a new thread about my (limited) experience with the multi rotor head here, you can move it to another location if you want...

This is how I want my AS350 to look, a friend of mine can do the paintjob, colors have been selected already, so that is not the issue, moneymatters are more of a problem, so no timetable on it yet...

I can see why you would want that scheme qmaverick...it looks superb...and probably not that hard to duplicate either. I hope it works out for you.

Well, it takes the flying out of the fun atm, but yes, heli tipped over and the blades hit the ground, I saved it then, checked it, but missed the damage to the bolts in the head, so on next spool up, it started to wobble and bang, the blades went their seperate ways... Another lesson learned... Luckily it happened on the ground, not in the air...

I am very much interested in getting the Eurocopter AS-350 Fuselage in White Gel Coat 600 size. www.scaleflying.com/Eurocopter-Fennec-AS350-Fiberglass-Fuselage-White-Gel-Coat-600-Size_p_480.htmlThe web site does not give much detail about what it comes with, do any of you guys know if the White Gel Coat only version comes with all the bits like the painted kits: • Scale antennas, wiper blades, peso heater, wire cutters etc • Mechanics mounting gear and tail form mount etc • Standard decal stickers. Steps for the skids etc. Or am I better buying one of full kits and re doing the paint job. What do you think?
