BTW, the photo I posted on "reply #4" is actually mounting brackets from my 700 which I ended up upgrading to metal ones. I just use that photo to make a point on having extra room for the servo wire.

I am using that servo as well and had the same issues with both the stock plastic one as well as the metal align one. I ended up putting a carbon spacer between the mount and the servo and that gave me enough clearance for the stress relief on the servo wire. The Align part had enough clearance for the wire to poke through with out and grinding
When standing behind the heli looking at the swash it should move the following directions
Collective/throttle stick forward - the entire swash should go up the shaft Cyclic (right stick) to the right the swash should tilt right Cyclic (right stick) to the left the swash should tilt left Cyclic (right stick) forward the swash should tilt forward away from you Cyclic (right stick) backwards the swash should tilt backwards towards you

Have a look at some Finless Bob videos. Here are some for setting up a 500 but you can still use them for advice and hints. He may have some on the 600 but I'm not sure........ www.helifreak.com/showthread.php?t=53304

Yes Bigeasy without helicopter help in your area spend a few hours watching the Finless Bob videos. I still refer to them.
He had a bunch on the 600, not the same as yours but a lot of great info!
