I noticed ages ago my autorotation gear and tail gear was not aligned properly and I left it on the long finger to sort it. Today I got around and sorted it as I am thinking of using the 600 as a aerial ship and will need all 100%! All it needed was a thicker washer and a new hole drilled into the auto gear. You also might want to put nylon washers at the bolt and nut going through the shaft. I don't know if any others have this issue but if they have here is all you have to do. When you are all done make sure your oneway bearing moves freely. If you have to do this do so at your own risk. Attachments:

I used a thicker washer between the main gear and auto gear. The smaller one I removed. Attachments:

Here you can see the new " lower" hole to allow for the thicker washer. When you have the gear back on the main shaft spin the head and make sure the head moves freely. Take the blades off first. It is easier to see how freely it moves without them. Attachments:

No problem mate. If you are doing it make sure you drill the hole exactly where it should be through the auto gear. You dont want any side stress on it has it could break the gear under load. I also mentioned putting nylon washers under both ends of the bolt for to spread the load more even on the gear. Works 100 %.
