Is the manual for the 600E on line? Mine was missing. I can build it without, but it would be easier with it.
Machining and parts look first rate!

Thank you! I got the manuals! How did the test flight go? Flawless - the 600 with stock combo electronics performed very well. Spent most of the first battery pack fine tuning the setup, then realized that the second battery didn't have velcro so we were done for the day. Overall very pleased with the quality of this heli and the standard combo electronics.

I'm just learning helis and I've never flown anything this big before. Mostly I am learning on an mCPx and a 450. I've flipped the mCPx over, but not anything bigger yet. I'm just trying to setup this 4:30 video of me hovering and flying around very slowly. Not impressive to watch but I'm happy with how stable and solid the heli feels. I'm trying to spend a little more time on my heli skills and can see the 600 becoming a big part of my learning curve.

Chumley, nice video....I added the "youtube" quotes to bring the video out rather than just a link...hope that was ok. Anyway, were your palms sweaty like mine when you first hover your 600 for the very first time. You're right about the size, it truley is amazing if the biggest heli you ever hover is a 450...a huge jump to a 600 size for sure. Keep up the good work and thanks for posting your video...looks like a perfect day for a maiden.

I could not find a build post but have a question on the instructions. My buddy has a 600 and we cannot figure out the frame. The control shaft bearing, the one that is pressed into the carbon fiber. The instructions as far as we can tell show the larger diameter of the bering, the cap,on the outside of the frame when built. As if pressed from the outside in towards the center of the frame. If assembeled this way the levers are fairly tight but still moveable. If we put the larger side on the inside it is really loose and the shaft slides left to right a little. We also dont have the control shaft collar. i am looking at page 10 of the manual. Maybe we missed something or my eyes are fading

Don't think the upgraded servos are Phoenixtech though.

Don't think the upgraded servos are Phoenixtech though. I don't know if they went any from PhoenixTech, but if you look at the links provided, there are two different versions of the DS601M. The PhoenixTech site shows the new blue and gray servo that has .09 speed and 7.7kg/cm torque. The Wings website shows the old version my kit came with - black and gold with .10 speed and 9.6kg/cm. Looks like they redesigned the DS601M for more speed and a little less torque.

If some one could find out that would be great and is there a complete parts list somewhere.
