Aliright are you guys using turnigy and if so what connectors. I have two coming for my little bird to test out mechs in pod and boom. I would like to change it to deans, but that 8 AWG wire looks to be pretty thick for deans. Show what you are using thanks mike

99% of mine are EC5 connectors.

So if I understand from what I've been reading the EC5 connectors are 5mm bullet connectors. Your turnigy packs fit with having to cut down the wire?

Correct.... Just a few strands, Just enough so the connector will fit over it. I will try to post a few pics later.

Those Zippy FlightMax 8 AWG wire are pretty thick but like I said just take off a small amount of copper and it will fit fine. Do a small amount at a time and test fit it before taken too much off. Good luck.

Well got all my batteries changed over. I used eflite EC-5 connectors and it was a perfect fit. No need to trim off any wire
