I broke the tabs off one of the servos that came with my Chaos600 Combo. I checked with Cliff about getting a new case as the servo works very well, just needs a new case. Cliff sent me an entire new servo - no charge. I broke it and tried to pay for it, but he would not give me a price. All I can say is - WOW. Will I do business with RC Aerodyne again? - Absolutely

+1 I've had nothing but excellent luck with Cliff do far. As an electrical contractor I understand how important customer service is to a client! A+++

I will second the excellent customer service. Placed an order and received my items quickly. Found a crack on my new to me heli bottom plate. Was trying to purchase one (out of stock). A couple days later, a brand new plate shows up in the mail! And this was for a used heli! I am blown away with service like this, I think I will be a Chaos customer for life. Thank you Cliff and crew.

All I gotta say is RCA got you covered! Yes, there are times when its impossible to reach them but HEY...they're very busy. Just keep trying and I will bet you'll find the help you'll need once you get a hold of someone. My 2 cents.......
