I ordered some replacement parts a couple of week ago (nothing big - a main gear, canopy bumpers, and a canopy bottom clip). The order was for $27 in parts and I paid $15 for USPS Priority shipping (3-5 days). I placed the order on the 13th, but the Post Office didn't get them until the 18th (Processed just before midnight). The 13th is a Wednesday and the order didn't go out until the following Monday late and all the parts were shown as in stock when I placed the order. Now a week later the parts passed through the USPS facility in Mobile, AL so they probably will be here tomorrow. The parts are going from Washington to Florida, but we're coming up on two weeks - is this normal or did I just catch them at bad time?

Usually they are really good in shipping out stuff on time. I live in NC and I would say I usually get my stuff in about a week.

OK, not trying to complain but I wouldn't order parts again if I knew it would take this long to get the order. I guess I will try them once more, then if I don't get quicker service I'll take my business elsewhere.

You got every right to complain...I would of, especially if you paid $15 extra for USPS Priority shipping you should of gotten it sooner. Like I said, just call Cliff @ RCA and I am sure it can be explained or at best they can possibly give you a credit or refund on the extra shipping cost. Not putting words in their mouths but I personally would be asking about it. Good luck....
