Been awhile guys, Well I finally got me a gasser A Radikal G-20, I've had problems from the get go with the factory head (plastic flybar) so my first instinct was to put a All Metal Flybarless head on it. Although i've seen the naza's used on gasser's I'am having Major problems with Vibrations, I'm using a HWC G-20 motor w/EI ingition it runs great But the Vibs are bad My First attempt to use blades during a break-in run with the Naza live nearly needed in diaster, i got to about 40% throttle and the swash went crazy Anybody body any ideas of a way to protect the Naza for some of the engine Vibs Attachments:

The only thing I can suggest is to add some foam or something in between the NAZA and the heli so it can ease the vibrations. Maybe others can add their inputs.....good luck

The last I read was the Naza was not for nitro for that reason. If I was you I would ask what others have done to get it working. Putting too soft mounting pads to mount the Naza will isolate the Naza from what the heli is doing so maybe there is a foam that they are using that is soft enough to get rid of vibs and hard enough to let the Naza know what the heli is doing.

Yeah - NAZA isn't recommended for liquid fueled helis. From their manual:
The NAZA H is very sensitive to vibrations and excessive vibration may impact the normal operation of the system. If you experience excessive vibration on your helicopter, please adjust the rpm of the main rotor to reduce the vibration or find other causes for the vibration, and then you can continue to fly.
It can be installed in a variety of models, from small to large electric helicopters, including 450,500,600 and 700 Electric Helicopter.
I would recommend iKon for a gasser.
