Good job Chris. I would put a fan where you have the fan grills. Most of the hot air will just circulate around the bottome of the case. I still have to get the finger and and sort my case out.

One question about it, if you cut holes in it for the fan grills, why buy a waterproof case? I think that it may have been better to put the fan grills and Joe's fan suggestion in the plexi deck. I am sure that you would have the case open when in use and that way you would have preserved the waterproofness of the case. I would also set the fans up in a push pull configuration to draw fresh air in in the same direction as the PSU fans.
Once I heal up from my surgery and get back to work (fingers crossed they fix me this time) I am going to have to build a setup similar to this. You have set my creative wheels in motion.

I'm sure he isn't worried about the water proof feature of the case - more that the cases of this quality are water proof. Now, having said that - I agree with the group and would put fans in the plexiglass deck to retain the water proof feature. I would also mount the charger to the inside of the lid to save the deck space for charging LiPos.

I do all my charging at home. When at the field if I need to... Not an issue anymore with the huge battery order I did, but if I need a quick charge at the field Kyle has a generator and three chargers going at all times I bought the case for its durability. She won't see rain or dampness... I'm to anal lol

Chris, I was sure that the case was a durability thing and not a waterproof thing, but if you had it why not use it was more what I was thinking, besides that little rubber ring boosted the cost of the case. I know that the variable frequency drive for my grinder cost $100 more to come in a NEMA 4X/ IP 65 case. If I wanted a white one it would have cost another $100 because white would make it food safe:o
