The way you have your tail set up is the way I do it. I worry more about equal throw on the slider where it doesn't bottom out. That way I have equal amounts of movement both ways, thus equal control in both directions. Most of my helis do not come close to equal movement on the slider if I have everything 90 degrees. So the way you are set up looks fine to me.

Glad to hear it. If you are really determined to get everything Exactly 90 degrees you can try moving your tail servo (assuming it is boom mounted) & lenghtening &/or shortening your control rod to make everything square. But the way you have it looks fine. Just my opinion.

But the way you have it looks fine. Just my opinion. I do prefer everything at 90 degrees because in my experience it simply flies better that way... however there is equal throw in both directions and the servo appears to stop at the same place in each direction. So if it's not exactly 90 degrees at center, I'm okay with it, especially since everything else appears okay. I just wanted to check to make sure I wasn't doing something blatantly wrong.
