Checked out RCA's website earlier & noticed the 600 size MD500 fuselages have dropped from $269. to $199. That sure is a great price!!!!

Well, it took a while but I finally got my G-JIVE MD500 fuselage. Got a light kit & a 5 blade rotor head. Going to take my time & hope to have it ready next summer. I have to improve my flying skills (alot) this summer & finish it up over the winter. A thought just came to me... after finishing the MD500, I'll need another 6 or 700 size pod & boom heli. Then probably build another scale bird, then another pod & boom, then another... IS THIS EVER GOING TO END? ?? SURE hope not !!!

It will only slow down if you slide into another aspect of RC flying, but it will never stop I picked up a couple of planes and have been having a blast with them, but I still play with the MCPx and buy parts for the 600. My 8s conversion is getting closer, all I need is the new motor, but that may get put on the back burner because I am thinking about converting one of my planes to FPV. When will it ever end

Get that 600 in the air George. It'll knock your socks off!!! Just don't let it get away from you. It can be gone in the blink of an eye. Had to send the AR7200Bx off the 300x in to HH b/c it would not initialize after hooking up the battery so I've been flying the 600. They have already shipped it back (whether new or repaired, I haven't received it yet), Probably customs holding it up. Anyways, got batteries charged & I'm going flying. Have fun, fly safe, Drev.

Well I just got 3 more months of sitting on my ever enlarging butt orders from my surgeon so I may get the time to get it in the air once I get the FPV thing set up. The 600 has already cost me $400 and it hasn't flown yet so I am a little scared to try it again I am sure that once I get flying FPV I am going to want to try get some footage from a vertical takeoff platform with my XS80. Don't think I will ever have the guts to try FPV with a helicopter, that could be down right dangerous Right now my 600 has a BW head and Ikon controller on it, and I set the controller to be very mild and self leveling. If that doesn't keep me from crashing I don't know what will

She sure is a beauty Chris. Love to get my hands on one of those big Cobra gunships, but not on my budget. Take some pics of the electronic placement when you get to that point. I'm curious how it's all going to fit & be out of sight.

Just ordered a 5 blade 600mm set of Spin blades for the 600 G-JIVE. From what I've read they're good blades. Does anyone have any personal experience using these blades? Sure would like to hear your opinion.
Been working a little on the fuse getting it ready, but I think I'll install & set up the 5 blade head on the heli as a pod & boom to get it flying rite before it goes in the fuselage.
Almost got the 450 Chaos BW PRO ready to go. Just have to finish the Bx set up & program the ESC & it should be ready to rock.
Hope spring comes soon...
Good luck to you eastern US guys with the upcoming storm bearing down on you. Be safe. Drev.
