Made my own Baseplate. This is G10 fibre. Strong as aluminium. I just wanted to make a test piece before making one on the CNC machine. Fits perfectly. I have to possibility of making it in G10, Carbon fibre or Aluminium. What do you guys think? I just didn't want to order one base plate all the way from the US when i could make it in a couple of hours and be back in the air. Cheers Lee Attachments:

Very nice but if I could do something custom like that, I would probably do some flame cut outs instead of just simple squares.....just saying...LOL

Thanks guys. This one was done with a drill and file. The CNC'd one could be anything i like. And if anybody is interested in one, i could look into making a few.

How will it actually mount to the side frames? Are you planning on drilling and tapping holes for the mounting screws?

I use photobucket. It works well for me plus they just upgraded their site, it gives you options to do what you want done to your photos once you've uploaded them to their site.
