Finally decided to get my 450 pro going. Now I am having a hell of a time setting it up. 35A Brushless ESC(Governer Mode) RCE-BL35P, 450mx motor, assan ga-250 gyro. First when I plug it in it gives motor beeps. . .. .. ... and then it stops. I cannot get my gyro to go into setup mode. All the servos and everything seem to operate correctly but I do not want to plug in my tail servo until i can select the right one on the gyro. Has anyone ever used this gyro? Can anyone tell me what the beeps are for. I will post a video.

make sure for the esc you are running 100/100 on your travel ajust. and your throttle trim is all the way down. the beeps sound normal at first and what is basically saying is that its armed and ready. I will do a little more research on the align esc's. I fly castle and scorpion so..

I can't remember what the beeps are but there is a Finless video on how to program that ESC. You can also download the Align 450 manual which should show you how to program it. I have not got your gyro but it sounds like, as you said, you have to switch the gyro switch 3 times to get it into programing mode. Not 4 or 5 like what it sounds like in the video! Here is what I would do.... 1.....In flight mode 1 have the gyro setting low at say 10. 2.....In flight mode 2 have the gyro setting high say 90. 3.....With motor disconnected turn on everything and flick the flight mode switch 3 times. This will tell the gyro to go into programming mode as it is getting a low, then high, then low gyro setting on boot up. If it is the same as an old CSm gyro I have, which it sounds like, it should go into programming mode. Remember to turn the setting on the gyro back to normal!

Got the esc programmed but it still does all the beeping. Got mad at that gyro cause i wanted to fly so i threw my quark on it. All I needed was my lipo to arrive yesterday. Came with a dead cell :/ on its way back already but I ordered another so I dont have to wait so long.

So the trick with the gyro was to set the gain to extreme values so it sees you switching back and forth. Good call Valkman! Still haven't figured out the beeps.
