So I got my servos today, but I am just a little confused about the installation on them. Right now I am so confused I don't even know how to ask what to do I have the belt version not the TT version. TT manual shows the front servos mounted with the drive on the low side and the wheel servo arm with balls mounted to the inside. My manual shows the servos mounted with the drives up, and two arm style servo arms with the balls mounted to the outside. In the picture with the servos mounted the balls on the bell cranks in both versions of the manual show all the balls mounted to the inside, but in the step for mounting the balls on the bell cranks in my manual shows the pair driven by the servo mounted to the outside of the bell crank and the one going to the swash mounted to the inside. Everyone else confused yet? I haven't even gotten to the elevator servo yet, you can't see how it is mounted at all As you can see I even need help trying to explain what is confusing me, but if the original manual was consistent from start to end I think I may be OK, oh and the addition of the servo arms they show in the manual would have helped too. Yup I tried the T Rex manual too, it didn't help matters could be I am looking at the wrong one though

As nice as that is it still doesn't answer my questions about the Chaos 600 belt drives cyclic servo installation. Thanks for the try though. Looks like I found what I was looking for. I don't know why I just couldn't get my head around how they went in

If not, I was going to suggest for you to maybe make a short video of what it is exactly you're trying to ask...LOL.

Yes and no, I found a trex video that helped, but now I have 2 other issues with the servos mounted with the drives up like the manual and video say the leads are just a tad short to put the receiver in a easily accessible spot. That I can live with, but I am also missing two 11mm rods for the elevator linkage. I have 4 extra 48mm rods though I am going to give one more search around my work area just to make sure they didn't fall out of the container I had the rods in, but I can't see them having fallen out of it. Here are a bunch of pics of my Chaos 600CF that might help. s666.photobucket.com/albums/vv30/KL0RG/RC/. When I built this one I think I used 3 or 4 different manuals to figure it all out. Was a challange but I enjoyed it.
