So I'm working on building a Chaos 600 Flybarless version for my friend and have run into 2 problems I'm curious how others solved.
The links coming from the head to the swashplate, the ball links on the head are 4.5mm and the ball links on the swashplate are all 4mm. The plastic links that come with the flybarless head are too big for the swashplate and the other links that come with the kit are too small to screw onto the metal links meant for the flybarless head.
And I noticed when I tighten the washout assembly it pulls the arm out of alignment and it won't fit on the swashplate at that point.
So any ideas??

If you gotten the Black Widow FBL head then it should have included some 700 size balls for the swash. If not, pm me your info. and I'll get them to send out some to you.

I need a set also. I'm not expecting them to send me such a little part across the world but would you have a P/N for them so I can get locally?

No unfortunately I got the normal Chaos Flybarless head, but you would think they would still include the oversized ball links on the stock kits and not just with the Black widow head. And I still have to figure out something for the washout assembly.

I ended up going ahead and getting a Black Widow Head for my friends heli but will be using the Stock Chaos head on my heli. But they ran out of the 700 size ball links at RCA so I went ahead and ordered these from Helidirect, can anyone confirm there are 2 ball links in the kit that will work or do I gotta order something different helidirect.com/align-600efl-pro-head-linkage-ball-assembly-h60234-t-rex-600efl-pro-p-24113.hdxâ—700N Linkage ball B(M3x4) x 2(Φ5x12mm) â—Linkage ball B(M3x4) x 2(Φ5x10.5mm) â—Linkage ball B(M3x3) x 5(Φ4.75x9.77mm)

I originally looked at the screw set you linked but ended up going with the one I got because it said it includes - 700N Linkage ball B(M3x4) x 2(Φ5x12mm)
Are those not the right ones?

Oh...sorry, didn't see that. Yes, if it includes a set of 700 size linkage balls..then yes. But make sure they're for the head assembly and not for the servo wheels. Hard to tell w/o pics...LOL

.......so looks like from the pic. the top 2 right side on the corner appears to be a bit bigger assuming those are the 700 size ones. Kinda weird for them to include 2 700 size balls in a 600 size package...LOL

Wow I am glad I read this I am building the new 600 limited edition right now but I must admit that I am disappointed with the kit the bolts dont fit the frame well some fit the holes and some dont also the cf side frames dont really fit the base plate it took a lot of sanding and fitting prior to start the assembly process not the same as my Mikados are my Trex birds and now I have read this post I really wish the sales crew would have told me about this this could have been a major wreck had I not could this in assembly I had got to the point that and probly would have cought it but for sure so thanks for the post also cliff recommended I go with the the KDE gear so I did but he didnt tell me that I need the one way bearing adaptor and bearing dont really know if he knew that are not btu it seems that there are alot of these problems popping up I never had this with any of my other ones BUT the kit was very good priced as compared to them so I am looking forward to the finished heli just wish there was a little more help when putting these kits out as a package sale it really makes it hard for someone that is building this type of heli also can be VERY dangerous if a link comes off I am lucky to have built several other helis and pretty much know what to look for I decided to use this 600 to install in a scale build but it is leaving me asking myself if I made good decision
