well sorry you feel that way. RCA has been working 10x as hard as they had to. company has grown over 60% in the past year and wasnt expecting all the delays. no company would.. So why blame RCA for something that isnt there fault?

Sorry to hear that wildbird. I've seen several RC suppliers out there having trouble with supplies but I've never seen anyone better at taking care of their customers better than Cliff.

Being new to the hobby i have little experience dealing with getting supplies but with what dealings i do have and reading countless posts EVERYWHERE online about customer service problems Cliff and RCA work very hard. It def. sucks having to wait for anything but i personally feel RCA and Cliff go way above and beyond in trying to make their customers happy and number one! This is why i bellong to the rca and chaos family. +1 RCA! Hope you change your mind.

RCA is a joke. Sorry you've experienced this long delay but things like this can happen from other companies as well so why so harsh on RCA? Yes, we all hate waiting on a product when we wanted it yesterday and it's out of stock. Not much one can do unless you find it elsewhere. That being said, many of the parts are coming from overseas and RCA have no control over the delays that shipping issues sometimes occurs. I am sure they're doing everything they can to get products in and back in stock as quickly as possible. I seriously don't think that RCA is doing this to piss anyone off by having parts out of stock.

I don't care for the kind of customer service that tells you that an item or (shipment) will be in at or around the end of the month....and you get the same responce at the end of every month!.....for 9 months! c'mon....give me a break! If they don't know when a shipment will come in, they could have said "we don't know...! No matter how you look at it, 9 months is 9 months! Even with the Chinese New Year in full swing, shipments from other venders don't take 9 months! This horse is dead.

Hey guys&gals, Just received my order from RCA. Canada Post delivered it right to my door. It was ordered on 7/7/12 & I got it today 16/7/12 with (surprizingly) NO extra charges. I was shocked !!! Usually you have to pay HST. That Black widow head sure is a "NIIIICCCE". I understood it was supposed to come with some 700 size link balls for the swash. I didn't receive the link balls. Also got 2 frame base plates for my next serious f@&k-up. E-mailed RCA about the swash balls so we'll see what happens. Fly safe, Drev.

Looks like you will be up in the air soon, well before me ;D. My Hobby King blade order should be in my hands tomorrow morning, and I ordered last Monday. Fingers crossed that I don't get the HST and $8 handling fee either Next Monday I will probably head into Ottawa again and pick up a pair of Align Aluminum tail booms, fly bars, and a ESC so I can put the mechanical side of the heli back together. Then a couple weeks after that I will get the new radio equipment and tackle that side of it.

Well I don't know how long it'll take. I'm doing a frame up rebuild except for the parts that I already assembled & just need to be installed. Still waiting for frame sides & some other parts from Rotorquest. Hopefully it won't take me too long, the order will hopefully be here this Friday. Haven't decided if I'm going to use the BW FBL head just yet or not. Might just use the FB head till I can fly better. Maybe some of you XXperienced pilots could offer some insite on that for me.
Fly safe, Drev. ps... still need 700 link balls for the BW head.
