Thanks Mike, very true..only I used what they call "Artus Shim" for many of the parts...along with some brass tubing...

"Artus Shim" is a plastic type of material that is used as shim material for aircraft structural construction. It comes in various thicknesses from .010" up to .040". It is very easy to work with, sands and paints well....
