So I've been building and flying a couple of Cliff's scale helis for a while now. I started out with his 500 size BO-105, then we did the Red Bull 600 size BO-105. Now we have the new Presidential black hawk know as the VH-60. I hope to have pics on here of the build as this has the torque tube tail with the dropped tail transmission in the mechanics. so we'll see how this goes. Just need to figure out how to reduce the size of my photos so I can get them on here....

Welcome JestRR, looking forward to those pics. BTW, try using "photo bucket" to post your pics...works well.

you can also goto quick reply at the bottom logged in and you will see add image to post. You can click on that and search your computer for the pics you want to upload. When you add the pic from your computer you can click resize and it will do it for you.

JestRR,
That is a GREAT looking fuse!! You're going to have a real looker there.
In many ways that looks very similar to the one I've just started, same head as well. We may have to compare notes along the way.

haha...very nice, I also like that little model sitting in front of the box matching the scale fuse. Good luck with the build.

:PSomething i noticed when i started this project was the way they attach the gear to the fuse. It was loose and not really adjustable. So i modified how the bolt was held on. I basicly took the blind nuts and its wood work compleetly out and flipped the bolt around. That way I can get to it from the inside of the fuse now. guess i need to get a picture of the wood work...huh?! Then i mounted the bigger mounts that actually needed to be on the tail but i thought they needed to be on the front. I actually made another set for the tail which you will hear about later.... Then i also needed to open up the holes a little. Small dremil sander worked great.
