And as other have said go in on the holes on the servo horns. Oddly enough as you can see in my pics I am using the same holes on the servo wheels as I was using when the helicopter still had a Flybar. The blackwidow gyro did not require going in on the servo wheels. And the unit worked well. I would like to try going in some and bringing my throw values up to get more torque and better resolution out of the servos. But its working well as is.

James we definately do not have the same control shaft collers, mikado v-bar recommends your parameters fall witin 80-100 for collective pitch. The chaos is now at 81, so it definately falls into their parameters! I am getting 13 degrees of pitch and for cyclic throw they recommend your parameters to be within 80-110 points and the chaos comes in at 83 here to get my 8 degrees of cyclic pitch! I am very happy with the way this heli flys now! It is like a new beast and this heli has honestly never flown so dam good!

This is good news. I do recommend getting the proper bellcranks. Geometry is important for these Flybarless units to work precisely. You can get away with what your running but not optimal. It's all about geometry man to get equal throws in all directions.

Is this with equal endpoints +/-? If done correctly you should have 100% positive and negative endpoints. There is a reason the bellanks I posted are included in the kit. Not trying to shoot you down but its just not proper setup technique. The ones you have would be correct if the servo horns where mounted closer to the top of the helicopter. Just trying to help. I have built a few helis in the past 10 years and know a thing or two about setup

James i did not recieve the same bell cranks that you are using! In the future i can order that type but then i would have to redo my settings! What is the length you have on your linkage rod between the bell crank and the servo wheel? Even the online manual i used shows the same bell cranks as i recieved!
