This is my first 600 build and Im having a problem getting the tail pushrod setup correctly.
If the pushrod pushes too far down, the tail rotor arms rotate inward in such a way that they bind up and will not pop back out into their normal position....this basically locks the pushrod into a fully extended position.
I set the limits on the my radio to keep from pushing the servo out far enough to do this, but if I crank the rudder control fast enough I can cause this to happen again.
Am i just missing something in the linkage or tail rotor setup? I thought that I had followed the instructions when assembling it...

I had the same problem with mine but it was easily fixed. I got a small flat file and filed the plastic black control links that go between the metal T arm and tail grip. Take the brass insert out first. Doing this makes it more thin and it can move more easy in the T arm. If you loosen the screws it will help but I wanted them tight so I filed it. Loosen the screws first and try it before you do anything.

I also had that problem. I installed 1 of the links backwards after applying loctite. The links have a fat end & a narrower end. Make sure their installed in the correct direction. Had me pulling my hair out for a bit till I got it figured out. Fly safe... Drev.

How did you manage to put it on backwards? I did not think it would fit!

I just test flew my heli and the tail is rock solid but when I go to rotate left or right it is very slow. the slider is going side to side as far as it can. any ideas what to do to speed up the tail.

I have a problem with a very sensitive tail servo. I am usig a Walkera WK2801 Pro radio on my Chaos, with the copter setting on the ground and at liftoff speed if I move the rudder stick just a small amount 1/4 stick or less the tail servo will go to full travel. This makes for a very sensitive set up. Has any one experienced this problem, if so how did you fix it? I have tried adjusting the radio but cannot de sensitise it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
