I saw on their site that they are looking for extra staff part with part of the job description answering tickets so maybe they are a bit busy. Maybe I'll send in my CV and try something new with new surroundings!

Still no word from RCA about the issues with this 450BW PRO DFC. Guess I'll have to order some type of rotor head & a new torque tube/bearing for this thing. Heard so many good things about RCA's customer service. Maybe I just haven't waited long enough. We'll see...

They should take care of your issues or send you replacement parts. I made a list of changes Cliff was taking to the factory to improve on.

Thanks Doc. Appreciate your help. Didn't RCA have an 800 phone number you could call if you had problems or am I mistaken? Thought it used to be on their website. Anyway thanks again for your help.

No problem....left a message for Cliff to call me back today. If I don't hear from him by this evening, I will try again tomorrow but either way...we'll try and get you taken care of. As for the 800 phone number, I am not aware of it but maybe it was up on their site at one point....lol.

HA! OK....just as I was finish posting my last reply to you, I heard back from Cliff. OK....so Drev, please pm me your shipping info. and if you have any info. on when you purchased the 450...also send it along to me via PM. Cliff said, he will sent you out a replacement.

RCA's customer service came through on the problems I had with the 450DFC. I am very satisfied with their help on these issues. Thank-you Jennifer, Cliff and Doctor Evil for the help.
